Job Scope:
- Responsible for the Sales plan.
- Participates in hiring , support , coaching and training the sales team ,
- Help the owner to make thoughtful decisions regarding new projects.
-Analyze the company situations.
-Evaluate sales team with performance KPIs, closing deals , participation in selecting new projects.
Job Requirements:
-BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in working in the same position
-Real Estate experience is a must
Job Conditions:
Working hours: 10 AM till 6 PM
