Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients for outreach and qualification.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing to develop compelling sales materials and value propositions.
- Prepare and send detailed proposals and quotations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with client needs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive closing plans for strategic sales opportunities.
- Secure commitments from clients and guide them through the contract and closing process.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales Solution Engineers to understand client requirements.
- Facilitate communication between clients and pre-sales team for a seamless transition.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product's technical aspects, features, and benefits.
- Address client inquiries and objections with a thorough understanding of our solution.
- Actively manage and nurture customer relationships post-sale.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and prospecting efforts.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or account management, specifically within the garments field or garment industry solutions, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies, processes, and strategies.
- Effective communicator and influencer, skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and confidently handle objections.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Technical acumen to understand and communicate product features and benefits.
- Curiosity and drive to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in a dynamic environment.
- English proficiency is a must.
- Additional language proficiency is a plus.
