Talent360 is hiring for one of our clients' Junior Project Control Engineer to support their project management teams in monitoring schedules, costs, and overall project performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing, updating, and monitoring project schedules.
- Support cost control activities, including budget tracking and cost reporting.
- Maintain project logs, documentation, and performance reports.
- Collect and analyze project data to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments.
- Highlight deviations and assist with corrective action plans.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- 0–3 years of experience in project control, planning, scheduling, or cost control.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles.
- Familiarity with tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project is a plus.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
