Account Manager "Events"

Talent360 is hiring Account Manager for one of its clients

Expected Job Role

Client Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with assigned clients.
  • Understand client needs and objectives and offer tailored event solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the event lifecycle.

Proposal & Planning

  • Develop detailed event proposals, presentations, and budgets
  • Present and refine concepts with clients and internal teams.

Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate with internal departments: design, logistics, marketing, production, and vendors.
  • Track timelines and deliverables for seamless planning and execution.
  • Be present onsite during events to ensure all elements are delivered as planned.

Reporting

  • Update and report regularly on all project phases using Asana (or equivalent workflow management tool.
  • Conduct post-event reporting and client feedback collection.

Business Development

  • Identify and approach new potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver pitch presentations.
  • Follow up on leads and support account expansion efforts.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in the events industry, including 1–2 years as an Account Manager.
  • Proven experience in client servicing and on-site event execution.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Asana, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive and sales-oriented mindset.

Working conditions

  • Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
  • Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
     (Flexibility required during peak workload and project execution periods.)
