About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced Academy Director to lead a specialized training academy focused on accounting and taxation. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, leading cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations), and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, market-relevant training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement the academy’s strategy aligned with the company vision.

-Oversee all operations and ensure program quality.

-Lead and coordinate teams to achieve performance targets.

-Collaborate with marketing and sales to grow client base and increase market share.

-Ensure training content is up-to-date and aligned with industry standards.

-Manage budgets and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications:
-7+ years in training/academy management.

-Strong leadership and operational skills.

-Preferred: MBA or professional training certifications.

-Solid understanding of accounting/tax training markets.
