Talent360 is now hiring for one of our clients "Property Consultant (Real Estate)". We are looking for a qualified property consultant who will be responsible for selling property for our real estate business. You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and assist buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Handle all customers’ segmentation to maximize company sales.
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Presenting our projects in a structured professional way face to face or over the phone.
• Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant for at least 2 years
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, Problem-solving skills and communication skills
• Presentable
• MS Office familiarity
• CRM experience is preferred
• Very good command in English Language
