United Elevators is seeking a motivated Service Sales Engineer to promote and sell elevator maintenance contracts.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Promote and sell elevator maintenance contracts to existing and potential clients.
- Conduct site assessments to determine service needs and present suitable solutions.
- Prepare technical and financial quotations for maintenance agreements.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of proposals.
- Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and site visits.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and contract renewals.
- Provide after-sales support and act as the liaison between clients and technical teams.
- Finalize contracts and ensure smooth transition to operations for service delivery.
- Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate sales records and client data using CRM tools.
- Provide regular performance and pipeline reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in the elevators industry or service sales.
- Strong understanding of elevator systems and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical presentation skills.
Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Fridays & Saturdays are off
- Work Location: New Cairo, 3rd Settlement, The Industrial Area.
