Junior Finishing Technical Office Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submittals for finishing works.
• Coordinate with the design team to resolve discrepancies and provide technical solutions
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for finishing activities.
• Ensure alignment with client requirements and project constraints.
• Evaluate and track material and labor costs for finishing activities.
• Serve as a liaison between the client and project team for finishing-related matters.
• Address client inquiries and ensure their satisfaction with project deliverables.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, and costs.
• Prepare technical reports, project updates, and documentation as required.
• Collaborate with site engineers to ensure implementation aligns with technical specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor the progress and quality of finishing works.
• Ensure all finishing works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2-4  years of experience in technical office work, specifically in finishing activities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD , Microsoft Suite, and other technical software.
• Basic Knowledge of project management software is a plus (e.g. , Primavera, MS project) 
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing roles.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
