Delta Construction is seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity where you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and representing our company with professionalism.
-Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients to achieve sales targets.
-Identify new business opportunities and present tailored solutions to clients.
-Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product/service value.
-Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
-Collaborate with internal teams to align technical and business requirements.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market activities.
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
-Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction industry.
-Strong technical knowledge and ability to communicate complex solutions clearly.
-Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
-Location: On-site with Delta Construction.
-Working Days: Saturday to Thursday.
-Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
