Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization
Prepare and present media plans and performance reports to clients and internal teams
Collaborate with account management, creative, and analytics teams to ensure integrated campaign execution
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging media platforms, and advertising technologies
Develop comprehensive media strategies and plans to meet client objectives and budgets
Conduct market research and analyze media consumption trends to inform planning decisions
Evaluate and recommend appropriate media channels (digital, print, broadcast, out-of-home, etc.) for client campaigns
Create and maintain media schedules, ensuring optimal reach and frequency
Negotiate with media vendors to secure the best rates and added value opportunities
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in media planning or buying
Strong understanding of media metrics, audience measurement, and industry tools, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Presentation and client-facing skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Creativity in developing innovative media strategies
Attention to detail, especially in budget management and data analysis
Location: Beverly, Sheikh Zayed
Working days: Sunday to Thursday
working hours: 10 AM till 6 PM
Days off: Friday and Saturday
