Freight Operations – Export
Location: Sheraton, Cairo
Working Hours: From 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (5 days/week – including break)
We are hiring a Freight Operations – Export professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end export freight operations (Sea & Air) and ensuring smooth coordination with shipping lines, airlines, agents, and clients.
Sending price requests to shipping lines, airlines, and agents.
Issuing bookings with shipping and airline companies.
Handling the full export process including submitting S/I & VGM.
Tracking and tracing export shipments.
Checking, revising, and managing shipment and shipping documents (B/L, procedures, etc.).
Following up with clients throughout the export operation process.
Preparing and managing daily freight operation reports.
Bachelor’s Degree.
2–5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding companies.
Hands-on experience in Sea & Air Freight Export Operations.
Previous experience in a Freight Operations or similar role.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
High level of professionalism.
Very good reporting and documentation skills.
