Office Manager 
An Office Manager is needed to oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations within a public relations environment. The role ensures smooth office functioning, supports team efficiency, and contributes to overall organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications.
  • Support PR teams with document preparation, reporting, and logistics.
  • Maintain office systems, records, and supplies.
  • Assist in onboarding and training of staff.
  • Ensure a professional and organized office environment.
Requirements:
  • 6–8 years of experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably within PR or communications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software and administrative tools.
  • Ability to manage priorities and support multiple teams effectively.
