We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations to join our marketing Agency. 

As the Head of Operations, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our operational processes to support the growth and success of our marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the efficient execution of marketing campaigns and projects. 


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations. 
  • Oversee and optimize end-to-end operational processes, including campaign planning, execution, performance tracking, and reporting. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Art, Account Management, creative, and Community Management, to align operational goals and drive seamless execution.
  •  Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. 
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data privacy, and best practices in marketing operations. 
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage service-level agreements. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing operations.


Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the marketing industry or related fields. 
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations, including campaign management, digital marketing, data analytics, and performance tracking. 
  • Demonstrated track record of optimizing operational processes, driving efficiency, and delivering results. 
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
