We are looking for a motivated and skilled Site Engineer to supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction or contracting, with hands-on experience in site supervision and quality control.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities.
Ensure all work is performed according to architectural drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Manage and monitor materials, resources, and equipment usage on-site.
Ensure timely completion of project milestones and report any delays or challenges.
Implement safety protocols and ensure all site workers adhere to them.
Assist in planning and scheduling construction tasks and milestones.
Provide technical guidance and support to on-site workers and supervisors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.

Summer: 10 AM to 7 PM (including a 1-hour break)
Winter: 9 AM to 6 PM (including a 1-hour break)
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
Days Off: Friday
