Inspire Communication is seeking a 5+ years of experienced Commercial Lead to join their thriving organization.

Expected Job Role:
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasting to the CEO.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and reach potential clients in the retail and exhibition sectors to expand the customer base for Inspire Communication's services.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Lead the sales process from prospecting through to deal closure. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing tailored solutions to meet their interior design and exhibition needs.

Job Requirements: 
  • 5+ years in business development, sales, or commercial management, preferably within the interior design, retail, or events/exhibitions sectors.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software to track sales progress and client communication.
  • Excellent user for MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of design and production processes in relation to retail environments and exhibition booths.

Working Conditions:
  • Sunday to Thursday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Location: Nasr City, Cairo
