SRV Spaces, Egypt’s leading digital facility procurement platform and a recognized Shark Tank Egypt success story, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our next phase of growth.

This is a high-impact, strategic role ideal for a commercially driven leader with a proven track record in B2B sales, sales team development, and revenue expansion. As Sales Director, you will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive market growth, optimize sales performance, and scale our B2B operations across Egypt and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead SRV’s national B2B sales strategy, aligned with company objectives and investor expectations

- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs and performance structures

- Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, expansion, upselling, and strategic partnerships

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Finance to align sales with business goals

- Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, and performance monitoring; provide regular updates to the CEO and board

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in facility supplies, logistics, FMCG, or e-commerce

- At least 4 years in a senior leadership position, with direct team and P&L responsibility

- Demonstrated success in scaling sales operations and consistently exceeding revenue targets

- Strong commercial mindset, pricing discipline, and strategic planning capabilities

- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal)

- Proficient in CRM systems and ERP platforms (experience with Odoo is a plus)

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field (MBA is preferred)
