Sales Supervisor fo Accepted will be responsible for:

  • Monitor sales activities to ensure that clients receive satisfactory service and quality.
  • Coach and supervise employees engaged in sales
  • Instruct staff on how to handle difficult or complicated sales.
  • Resolve clients complaints regarding services, instructor or personnel.
  • Research potential leads from web searches, or digital resources.
  • Work with the sales team when closing sales.
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Meet all sales quotas and goals.

Job Requirements      

  • 1 to 2 years of Experience as a Sales Supervisor.
  • English level C1
  • Efficient leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

 Work Conditions: 
  • Working hours: from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM
  • Fridays & Saturdays are off
  • Location: Dokki
