Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and sales targets
- Identify target markets, customer segments, campaign objectives, and measurable outcomes
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis within the heavy equipment and mechanical sector
- Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, trade-related, and B2B-focused)
- Develop and oversee marketing content, including technical product messaging, brochures, presentations, and digital materials
- Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and continuously optimize marketing effectiveness
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI
- Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to ensure market alignment and accurate product positioning
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging marketing tools
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within heavy equipment, machinery, automotive, or mechanical industries
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and technically driven products
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, market analysis, and campaign performance evaluation
