Job Brief: 
As an Odoo Sales Specialist at NTS, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our Odoo ERP solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings. You will work closely with our implementation team to ensure a seamless transition for clients, providing ongoing support and consultation throughout the sales process.

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies specifically for Odoo ERP solutions to meet company sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Stay updated on Odoo ERP features, modules, and industry trends to effectively demonstrate and articulate product benefits to clients.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting how Odoo can solve their business challenges.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and pricing structures for clients, ensuring clarity on product offerings and services.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for business growth and product enhancement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline reports for management review.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably Odoo ERP Sales or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Odoo ERP functionalities is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and foster relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
working Conditions:

  • working Days: From Sunday to Thursday 10:00AM to 6:00PM
  • Weekends : Friday & Saturday
