Talent 360 is hiring for one of our clients Procurement Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage procurement strategies to support project timelines and budget.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers (local and international).
Handle purchase orders, tendering, and contract execution.
Evaluate supplier performance and conduct risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures.
Collaborate with technical and engineering departments on material specs and timelines.
Optimize inventory levels and delivery schedules to avoid project delays.
Requirments:
Maintain procurement documentation and reporting standards.
12+ years of experience, with at year in a managerial procurement role in construction
Strong knowledge of procurement and logistics in the construction industry
Solid negotiation and contract management skills
Proficiency in ERP or procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
English: Upper intermediate required; French or Arabic is a plus
Working Conditions :
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
