Job Description
As a Social Media Moderator at Zhivago, you will be responsible for:
Monitoring and managing social media platforms to ensure all interactions align with our community guidelines and brand values.
Responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Identifying and reporting inappropriate or harmful content.
Engaging with followers and fostering a positive online community.
Supporting the marketing team with content-related insights and community engagement.
Staying up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
Requirements
Advanced English (written and spoken).
High professionalism and a polished online presence.
Strong familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Resident of 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed.

Full-time — from office
Location: Palm Hills, 6th of October
Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
One remote working day per week
Friday off
Saturday rotational - Remote
