Factory Manager

Position Overview

We are hiring a Factory Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Wadi El Nile Pickled Food Factory located in El Khattaba. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in food manufacturing, proven experience in factory management, and deep knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000).


Responsibilities
  • Manage all factory operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse.
  • Oversee production plans to achieve monthly and annual targets efficiently.
  • Ensure implementation of quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor resource utilization, cost control, and waste reduction.
  • Develop and enforce SOPs and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate with top management on performance reports and budgeting.
  • Lead and mentor production teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 10–15 years in food manufacturing, including at least 5 years in factory management.
    • Proven experience managing preserved or pickled food production lines.
  • Skills:
    • Leadership and team management.
    • Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.
    • Deep understanding of HACCP and ISO 22000 standards.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel reporting.

Working Conditions
  • Location: El Khattaba – Wadi El Nile Factory (Km 84, Cairo–Alex Desert Road).
  • Working Hours: Full-time on-site.
  • Environment: Industrial food production facility.
