United Elevators is looking for a Procurement Specialist to support purchasing activities for elevator and industrial projects.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Source and evaluate suppliers for materials and equipment.
- Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with project and site teams on material requirements.
- Negotiate prices and terms to achieve cost savings.
- Maintain supplier records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement within an industrial environment.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience using ERP software
Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Fridays & Saturdays are off
- Work Location: Badr
