Job Description:
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to clients. Your role will be pivotal in driving client satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, analytics) to deliver successful campaigns and projects on time.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and insights.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing
- , Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Experience working with sports brands or in industries related to social media marketing, digital advertising, and media production.
Essential Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience working with SaaS or tech-related clients.
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush).

Working days: Sunday-Thursday
