AGS is Hiring – Project Engineer
Location: Abu Rawash – Industrial Zone
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday)
Experience Required: 5 years
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering
About the Role:
AGS is seeking a Project Engineer with at least 5 years of experience, preferably with a good background in aluminum systems. The candidate will be responsible for managing and executing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and at the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise site execution and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Manage project schedules and monitor progress.
- Coordinate between technical office, procurement, execution, and quality teams.
- Prepare regular progress reports and submit them to management.
- Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Review and receive materials, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Enforce quality and safety standards on-site.
- Address challenges and resolve technical issues during execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Engineer.
- Good background in aluminum systems (preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent project management tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure.
