EgyGraph is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Social Media Moderator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with our online community, maintaining the brand’s tone, and ensuring timely and professional communication across all platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) daily.
• Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Escalate sensitive or negative feedback when necessary.
• Support community engagement and content coordination.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to align messaging.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media moderation, community management, or a similar role (preferably in a digital or creative agency).
• Excellent written Arabic and good command of English.
• Strong understanding of online engagement and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite or Hootsuite) is a plus.
Working Days: Sunday – Thursday, 9 AM – 6 PM
Location: Downtown Cairo
