Job Description:
As a Social Media Moderator at Zhivago, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and managing social media platforms to ensure all user interactions align with our community guidelines and brand values.
- Responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Identifying and reporting any inappropriate or harmful content.
- Engaging with followers and fostering a positive online environment.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to support content strategy and community engagement.
- Keeping up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Advanced English (both writing and speaking) – Strong communication skills are a must.
- High-profile professionalism and a polished online presence.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
