Overview:
The Pre-Sales Consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise, developing tailored solutions, and presenting the value of our RFID offerings to prospective clients. This role involves working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to align technical capabilities with business needs, contributing to the overall success of the sales process.
Responsibilities:
Engage with prospects and clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored technical solutions that address customer requirements.
Deliver product and solution presentations and live demonstrations.
Assist in preparing proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and technical documentation.
Participate in proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot programs.
Provide feedback to product and development teams based on customer input.
Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and competitor products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
5 years experience in a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or IT Consulting role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Software Pre-Sales Experience is a MUST.
Success Stories in Sales & Pre Sales Activities.
Documentation writing experience.
Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a customer-facing role.
