Project Oversight: Manage the full project lifecycle from initial concept to completion, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently.
Coordination & Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and all stakeholders. Lead and mentor a team of designers and project coordinators, assigning tasks and fostering a collaborative environment.
Budget & Resource Management: Develop, manage, and track project budgets. Optimize the allocation of all resources, including materials, furnishings, and equipment, while maintaining design quality.
Communication & Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring that all project deliverables align with their vision and expectations.
Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits and review design deliverables to ensure they meet our high standards for design, safety, and compliance with all technical specifications.
Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including site engineers, contractors, and visualizers, to ensure a seamless integration of all design, architectural, and construction elements.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Professional certifications in project management are a plus.
Experience: A proven 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in interior design or a related field.
Design Acumen: A sharp eye for detail and aesthetics, with a strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and layout.
Leadership: The ability to lead a team, handle multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain design concepts and build strong client relationships.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant project management and design software.
