Kymera Interior Designer Company is searching for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. We're looking for a leader who can expertly oversee the entire lifecycle of our interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role is perfect for a highly organized and communicative professional who can manage both people and processes with ease.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Oversight: Manage the full project lifecycle from initial concept to completion, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently.
  • Coordination & Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and all stakeholders. Lead and mentor a team of designers and project coordinators, assigning tasks and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Develop, manage, and track project budgets. Optimize the allocation of all resources, including materials, furnishings, and equipment, while maintaining design quality.
  • Communication & Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring that all project deliverables align with their vision and expectations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits and review design deliverables to ensure they meet our high standards for design, safety, and compliance with all technical specifications.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including site engineers, contractors, and visualizers, to ensure a seamless integration of all design, architectural, and construction elements.


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Professional certifications in project management are a plus.
  • Experience: A proven 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in interior design or a related field.
  • Design Acumen: A sharp eye for detail and aesthetics, with a strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and layout.
  • Leadership: The ability to lead a team, handle multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain design concepts and build strong client relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant project management and design software.

Work Conditions & Compensation:


  • Employment Status: Full-Time
  • Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Weekend: Friday and Saturday
  • Location: 6 October, Giza
  • Compensation: Competitive basic salary, social insurance and Bonus.
