We are currently expanding our E-Commerce operations in the UK market and looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales across multiple platforms.
Job Summary
The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing our private label business across Amazon UK, eBay UK, and TikTok Shop.
The role requires strong analytical thinking, platform knowledge, and full ownership of sales performance, listings, advertising, and inventory planning.
Success in this role is measured by revenue growth, profit margin, account health, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Amazon UK Management
• Manage Seller Central account daily operations
• Create and optimise product listings
• Monitor account health and policy compliance
• Manage orders, returns, and customer messages
• Handle variation listings correctly
SEO & Keywords
• Keyword research using Helium 10
• Optimise titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords
• Track ranking performance
Advertising
• Manage PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products / Brands / Display)
• Optimise ACOS / ROAS
• Analyse search term reports
Brand Development
• Manage Brand Registry
• Create A+ Content
• Manage product images
• Monitor reviews & feedback
2. eBay UK Management
• Create and optimise listings
• Manage promoted listings
• Monitor seller metrics
• Handle disputes & returns
• Adjust pricing based on competitors
3. TikTok Shop Management
• Manage product listings
• Build content strategy
• Coordinate with creators & affiliates
• Manage TikTok Ads campaigns
• Monitor performance
4. Product Research & Sourcing
• Research profitable private label products
• Analyse demand & competition
• Coordinate with suppliers
• Check UK compliance requirements
5. Inventory & Supply Chain
• Monitor stock levels
• Plan reorders
• Manage FBA shipments
• Track storage fees
• Coordinate with suppliers & freight
6. Performance Reporting
Prepare weekly report including:
• Revenue & Profit
• Advertising performance
• Stock level
• Account health
• Customer reviews
• Sales performance
Maintain reporting on Excel / Google Sheets.
Requirements
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Experience with eBay Seller Hub
• Experience with TikTok Shop (preferred)
• Knowledge of PPC advertising
• Understanding of private label model
• Knowledge of SEO for marketplaces
• Inventory planning experience
