Vinbay Information Technology L.L.C is a UAE-based SaaS company revolutionizing the automotive aftersales industry. Our platform empowers workshops and service centers with digital tools for inventory, CRM, and workflow automation. As we expand in the MENA region, we are looking for a skilled Sales Account Manager to lead the charge in acquiring new clients, managing vendor relationships, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and experienced in software or tech-related B2B sales. This role is critical for driving Vinbay’s revenue and building long-term customer partnerships.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Source, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive and tech sectors.

  • Engage prospects through strategic communication and tailored presentations.

  • Follow up rigorously to nurture leads through the full sales funnel.

  • Deliver product demonstrations and consult on client-specific solutions.

  • Close deals confidently and achieve quarterly revenue targets.

  • Build and manage relationships with vendors to support outbound efforts.

  • Collaborate with the product and tech teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and provide regular sales reporting.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales.

  • Strong record of managing sales pipelines and closing enterprise deals.

  • Demonstrated success in client engagement and retention.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Automotive industry exposure is a plus.

  • Fluent in English.
