MEP Engineering Manager
Location: Waslet Dahshour, Sheikh Zayed, Egypt

Position Summary
The MEP Engineering Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing aspects of our construction projects. This role demands strong leadership, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to manage teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all MEP activities across assigned projects, from design coordination through to execution and commissioning.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure MEP integration within the overall project scope.
- Review and approve MEP designs, shop drawings, and material submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring work is executed as per approved designs, specifications, and project timelines.
- Manage MEP project budgets, monitor costs, and identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and local building codes.
- Prepare regular progress reports, risk assessments, and resolve technical issues that may arise during construction.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering within the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale MEP works in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s Degree is a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, design standards, construction methods, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local Egyptian building codes, safety regulations, and international MEP standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and project management software (Primavera or MS Project preferred).
- PMP certification or equivalent is an added advantage.
