GOLDENSEA Maritime Group, a leading Marine Supply Company, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply & Sourcing Junior Administrator to join our dynamic team. Position Summary:
The Supply & Sourcing Junior Administrator will assist the procurement and logistics team in
sourcing marine products, managing supplier communications, processing purchase orders, and
maintaining accurate records. This role supports the efficiency and success of our supply chain
operations by ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
*Procurement & Sourcing:
1.Assist with sourcing products and suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time.
2. Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) for marine equipment and consumables.
3.Request and compare supplier quotations and negotiate pricing where appropriate.
4.Maintain supplier databases and product catalogs.
Order & Inventory Coordination:
1. Follow up on order status, shipping schedules, and delivery confirmations.
2. Monitor stock levels and alert team leads on restocking needs soon.
3. Coordinate with logistics teams on shipping arrangements and documentation.
Administrative Support:
1. Maintain accurate procurement records, invoices, and order histories.
2. File and organize shipping documents, customs paperwork, and compliance certificates.
3. Assist in preparing monthly procurement reports and KPIs for management directly to
CEO for now.
Communication & Liaison:
1. Respond to internal inquiries regarding order status or product availability.
2. Maintain clear, professional communication with suppliers and logistics partners.
3. Support senior sourcing team members in special sourcing projects or urgent requests.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or relevant qualification (Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Admin, or
related field preferred).
2. Strong computer skills: MS Excel, Outlook, Word; ERP system knowledge is a plus.
3. Excellent written and verbal English communication.
4. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
5. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
1. 0–2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, logistics, or admin roles.
2. Experience in the marine or industrial supply sector is a plus but not required.
