The Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s presence across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter. The role involves creating relevant and engaging content, developing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
Plan, implement, and monitor the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness and improve marketing performance.
Manage all company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and blogging platforms.
Create, maintain, and optimize company profiles and pages to enhance visibility and content engagement.
Develop and publish high-quality, original, and creative content across all platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with marketing goals and campaign calendars.
Develop campaign schedules, propose budgets, and coordinate approvals with the marketing coordinator.
Oversee content on the company’s website and work with the graphic designer to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
Analyze social media metrics across platforms and suggest data-driven improvements.
Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and new tools.
Monitor and respond to customer comments, complaints, and inquiries across social platforms.
Share qualified leads generated through social channels with the marketing coordinator.
Ensure content and design are aligned to deliver clear and compelling marketing messages.
Review and approve daily content to ensure brand consistency.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
2–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist
Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and content optimization
Creative thinker with excellent writing and language skills
Familiarity with web design, blogging, and publishing tools
Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Team player with problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekend: Friday & Saturday
