- Coordinating office services such as reception, mail handling, and guest hospitality
- Providing administrative support to the executive team and coordinating schedules/meetings
- Overseeing vendor relationships and managing various service contracts
- Implementing and maintaining office policies, procedures, and protocols

To be successful in this role, you should have:
