As a Social Media Specialist at Z-Expierence, you will play a vital role in enhancing our online presence and engaging our audience. You will develop and implement creative social media strategies that reflect our brand’s aesthetic in wedding and event decoration, fostering a vibrant online community that resonates with our clients and followers.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Planning:
- Develop visually appealing content (images, videos, reels, stories) that aligns with our brand identity and promotes our services in floral and event decor.
- Create a content calendar that covers regular posts, seasonal promotions, client showcases, and event highlights.
- Collaborate with the design and decoration team to showcase behind-the-scenes processes and completed projects.
Social Media Strategy and Execution:
- Conduct competitor research and identify trends in the wedding and event industry to inform and refine strategies.
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement on Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- optimize social media content to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Community Management:
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and manage reviews and testimonials to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients and influencers in the wedding and events industry.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze performance metrics for social media content, campaigns, and audience engagement.
- Generate monthly reports to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies and provide insights for improvement.
- Adjust strategies based on data insights to continuously enhance reach and engagement.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the sales and events teams to align content with ongoing projects and promotions.
- Coordinate with photographers and videographers for high-quality content, capturing the essence of our work.
Trend Analysis and Innovation:
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, especially in the wedding and events sector.
- Propose creative campaigns and innovative ideas that align with current trends and brand identity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3:5 Proven experience as a social media specialist or in a similar role, preferably in the events or wedding industry.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with a creative and detail-oriented mindset.
- Passion for the wedding and events industry, with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.
