Cardoo Technologies is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced team in New Cairo and support our growth in the consumer electronics space!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance and track KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to support campaign decisions.
Collaborate with the creative team to test ad visuals, copy, and landing pages.
Set up and manage tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and ensure campaign data accuracy.
Support A/B testing of ad creatives and campaign settings to improve performance.
Prepare performance reports and dashboards for internal teams.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media, ideally in consumer electronics, tech, or retail.
Proven experience in managing and optimizing multi-platform campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.).
Prior experience in leading or mentoring a small team, with a strong ability to delegate, review, and support team members.
Solid understanding of campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and performance analysis.
Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets for performance reporting and data interpretation.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred: Candidates based near New Cairo for easier on-site collaboration.
