T.H.E Architects, Planners & Civil Engineers, Inc. is currently seeking an Electrical Site Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our expanding multidisciplinary team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise on-site execution of power distribution, lighting, and low-current systems, ensuring compliance with project drawings and specifications.

  • Inspect electrical installations to confirm quality and adherence to safety codes.

  • Monitor contractors’ work, verify materials, and ensure timely project progress.

  • Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and architectural teams to resolve design and site challenges.

  • Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems.

  • Maintain accurate site records, prepare daily/weekly reports, and communicate issues proactively to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Electrical Site Engineer on construction or infrastructure projects.

  • Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, and low-current systems.

  • Familiarity with international electrical codes and standards (IEC, NEC).

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; Revit knowledge is a plus.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and solve site-related problems efficiently.

Work Conditions:

  • Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

  • Days Off: Friday and Saturday

Inspect and verify materials, equipment, and workmanship to maintain quality compliance.

  • Monitor contractors’ progress, report site activities, and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

  • Coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, and architectural teams to resolve site conflicts and ensure smooth execution.

  • Oversee testing, balancing, and commissioning of mechanical systems to ensure performance and safety compliance.

  • Support project managers in ensuring timelines and cost objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Mechanical Site Engineer on large-scale building or infrastructure projects.

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

  • Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC).

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; Revit knowledge is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple site tasks simultaneously.
