T.H.E Architects, Planners & Civil Engineers, Inc. is currently seeking an Electrical Site Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our expanding multidisciplinary team.

Supervise on-site execution of power distribution, lighting, and low-current systems, ensuring compliance with project drawings and specifications.
Inspect electrical installations to confirm quality and adherence to safety codes.
Monitor contractors’ work, verify materials, and ensure timely project progress.
Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and architectural teams to resolve design and site challenges.
Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems.
Maintain accurate site records, prepare daily/weekly reports, and communicate issues proactively to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Electrical Site Engineer on construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, and low-current systems.
Familiarity with international electrical codes and standards (IEC, NEC).
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; Revit knowledge is a plus.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and solve site-related problems efficiently.
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Days Off: Friday and Saturday

Monitor contractors’ progress, report site activities, and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, and architectural teams to resolve site conflicts and ensure smooth execution.
Oversee testing, balancing, and commissioning of mechanical systems to ensure performance and safety compliance.
Support project managers in ensuring timelines and cost objectives are met.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Mechanical Site Engineer on large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC).
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; Revit knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple site tasks simultaneously.
