Talent 360 is hiring a Product Manager for one of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, prioritize, develop, and own the product roadmap to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and client needs.
-Continuously evaluate product usability, identify areas for improvement, and recommend design or functionality enhancements.
- Gather and assess feature requests from operations and clients, collaborating with the product team to define priorities and validate requirements.
- Engage directly with clients to collect feedback and confirm alignment on proposed features and enhancements.
- Translate business requirements and feature requests into clear, structured user stories with comprehensive descriptions, definitions, and technical details.
- Create low-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate front-end requirements and user flows.
- Manage and optimize the Kanban workflow, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, prioritized, and efficiently progressed through each stage of development.
- Present and explain new features and product improvements to the CEO and key stakeholders for visibility and alignment.
- Communicate detailed feature specifications and objectives to the development team to ensure clarity and consistency during implementation.
- Support developers with relevant information, formulas, and insights to facilitate accurate and efficient delivery of requested features.
- Conduct acceptance testing to confirm that completed features meet defined objectives, quality standards, and user expectations.
- Prepare comprehensive release notes and user education materials, including help text, definitions, and instructional videos, to support product adoption.
Requirments:
- 3to 6 years of working experience in product management, preferably with a
startup experience
- BSc. in Engineering, preferably industrial engineering.
- High attention to detail
- Strong research acumen and capability
- Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic & English
- Effective and organized written and face-to-face communication skills
- Strong time management capabilities
- Dedication and commitment to deliverables
Working conditions:
- From Sunday to Thursday
- Saturday and Friday are off
