Alfa Hubs is hiring Key Account Sales Manager to join their thriving company!
Expected Job Role:
Conduct a set minimum number of qualified sales visits/leads and convert a target percentage into active, revenue-generating clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and sales targets.
Acquire new customers while maintaining and developing existing key accounts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Identify new business opportunities and register them in the internal system for pipeline tracking.
Ensure professional and timely follow-up on customer queries and communications.
Conduct regular client visits to ensure service satisfaction and uncover new business needs.
Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Documentation teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution of contracts and client satisfaction.
Actively promote the company’s portfolio of logistics, freight forwarding, and shipping services.
Coordinate with other sales team members to align and optimize cross-selling opportunities.
Analyze market trends and client feedback to contribute to strategic planning and business development.
Monitor and follow up on clients’ outstanding payments in collaboration with the Finance Controller.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of Sales experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics in a similar role, specifically within a reputable shipping or logistics organization.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
Strong understanding of shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
