We are hiring “ Customer Service Officer “ :
Requirements:
- Respond to customer inquiries related to contract status, product pricing, delivery stages, product usage, and after-sales service and maintenance
-Handle customer issues by resolving them directly or escalating to the appropriate departments and ensuring follow-up
-Conduct post-sales follow-up, including customer satisfaction surveys and feedback collection
-Document all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and suggestions, in the system
-Coordinate internally with Operations, PMO, Maintenance, and Marketing teams to ensure timely and effective customer support
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service
-Proficient in using CRM systems is preferred
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Work Conditions :
From 9 AM till 5 PM
Work Location: 1st Settlement New Cairo
2 days off ( Fri & Sat. )
