About the Role: Delta Construction Co. is seeking a motivated and creative Senior content creator to support our growing environment. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a passion for content creation, digital marketing, and brand development. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing our online presence and promoting our projects through strategic and visually engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute content for various digital platforms, including social media, and websites
Create and edit short-form videos and reels to showcase ongoing projects, company culture, and promotional materials.
Design compelling graphics and visual assets using Canva, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand guidelines.
Plan and maintain a detailed content calendar, coordinating content themes and publishing schedules.
Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and site staff, to gather content and translate it into engaging marketing materials.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
Requirements:
3:5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internship or freelance experience may be considered).
Proficiency in video editing tools and a strong understanding of social media content formats, particularly short-form videos and reels.
Skilled in Canva and other basic design tools for creating graphics and visual content.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
