Job description:
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars.

  • Prepare reports, memos, and other documents.

  • Organize and maintain files and records.

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

  • Develop and maintain a filing system.

  • Maintain contact lists.

  • Book travel arrangements if needed.

 
Job requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field 
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

  • Proficiency in MS Office 

  • Good -very good English level 

  • Previous experience in secretary or management positions preferred.

work conditions:
  • Working hours: 2 Pm to 10 Pm, 8 H\Shift 

  • Days off: Friday 

  • Work location: 1st settlement, New Cairo
