-Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
-Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars.
-Prepare reports, memos, and other documents.
-Organize and maintain files and records.
-Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
-Develop and maintain a filing system.
-Maintain contact lists.
-Book travel arrangements if needed.
-Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
-Proficiency in MS Office
-Good -very good English level
-Previous experience in secretary or management positions preferred.
