Meexpo is looking for a creative director to lead the charge in shaping unforgettable experiences across our events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.


About the Role

As our Creative Director, you will define the creative vision for Meexpo, drive high-impact concepts, and ensure our brand stands out in the market. You'll work closely with the art director and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring bold, original ideas to life—from concept to execution.


Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Vision

  • Lead the development of creative concepts, themes, and brand storytelling.

  • Align creative outputs with client objectives and Meexpo’s brand identity.

  • Ensure innovation and consistency across all deliverables.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and mentor the Art Director and creative team.

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance creative environment.

  • Approve final concepts and guide execution.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to understand client goals.

  • Present concepts confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Translate feedback into actionable creative solutions.

Execution & Quality Control

  • Oversee the creative workflow from ideation to final approval.

  • Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

  • Work closely with production, operations, and AVL teams.

Innovation & Trend Awareness

  • Stay ahead of creative trends and new technologies.

  • Introduce fresh, competitive ideas to enhance our creative edge.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, marketing, or a related field (master’s preferred).

  • 8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles (preferably in events, branding, or advertising).

  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction for large-scale events and campaigns.

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
