ME EXPO is seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead the creative vision, conceptual direction, and brand storytelling for their events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Define and articulate the creative vision for events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
Develop innovative concepts, themes, and experiences that differentiate ME EXPO in the market.
Ensure all creative work aligns with client goals, brand guidelines, and industry trends.
Directly supervise the Art Director, providing strategic guidance and feedback.
Oversee the broader creative team indirectly through the Art Director, ensuring efficiency and creative excellence.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and account management teams to understand client needs.
Present creative concepts and rationale to clients, senior management, and key stakeholders.
Maintain high standards for creativity, quality, and attention to detail.
Oversee the integration of creative elements with production, fabrication, and AVL teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field (master’s preferred).
8+ years in creative leadership within event management, advertising, or branding agencies.
Proven experience managing creative teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
Strong conceptual thinking with a portfolio showcasing large-scale events and campaigns.
Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution realities.
Working Conditions:
Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Fridays & Saturdays are off
Work Location: Dammam, KSA
