Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee employee records, contracts, and documentation with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Ensure full compliance with social insurance and labor law regulations, keeping all records updated and accurate.
  • Stay informed about labor laws, industry regulations, and internal policies to maintain compliance and provide expert guidance.
  • Supervise and process payroll efficiently, verifying timesheets, attendance, and leave requests while ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Ensure all payroll deductions (e.g., taxes, benefits) and employee benefits are correctly applied and aligned with legal requirements.
  • Provide high-quality employee support by addressing payroll, benefits, and personnel-related inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary benchmarking and adjustments, ensuring competitive and fair pay structures.
  • Support and mentor junior HR team members, fostering professional development and knowledge-sharing within the department.

Job Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in the Human Resources field, with a strong focus on payroll, labor law compliance, and employee operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance best practices.
  • Strong HR administration and people management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions efficiently.

Work Conditions

  • Working hours: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM OR 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
  • Days off: Fridays & Saturdays
  • Location: Nasr City
