-Expected Job Role:
- Develop and maintain brand identities, including logos, color palettes, and style guides
- Create visually appealing designs for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Design digital assets such as social media posts, stories, reels, and banner ads
- Collaborate with the social media team to develop effective visual content strategies
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Create animated graphics and short video content for social media
- Design email marketing templates and digital newsletters
- Stay updated on current social media design trends and platform-specific best practices
- Present design concepts to internal teams and clients
- Incorporate feedback and revisions into final designs
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
-Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency with a focus on branding and social media
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with digital design tools like Figma or Sketch
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding projects and social media design work
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and composition
- In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their design requirements
- Experience in creating responsive designs for different devices and screen sizes
