Chefaa, one of the Leading companies in the safe digital transformation of healthcare and supply chain in Africa & the Middle East, is now hiring Customer Success Specialist/ Customer service Specialist to join the team immediately.  

Job Role :
  • Responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns through our
    inbound/outbound channels.
  • Track customer experiences across online and offline channels,
    devices, and touchpoints. 

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure that all
    user inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
Requirements :
  •  1-2 years of experience in a Customer support or service role
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic
  • Graduate & Max age 27.

Work Conditions :

Working Days: 5 Working Days From Sunday to Thursday.
Days Off:2 Days Off constant
Working Hours: 9:00 A.M – 5:00 P.M (Morning)/ 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Night) - Rotational shifts.
