Junior FF&E Coordinator

Job Purpose

The Junior FF&E Coordinator supports the design and execution of interior design projects by assisting in the sourcing, coordination, and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The role involves close collaboration with the design and procurement teams to ensure that all FF&E items meet project requirements in terms of design, quality, and timelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior designers and project managers in gathering FF&E requirements for ongoing projects.

  • Help create mood boards and visual materials that reflect the intended design direction.

  • Research vendors and products to support FF&E selections based on quality, availability, and budget.

  • Assist in preparing FF&E schedules, specification sheets, and procurement documentation.

  • Support communication with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotes, samples, and product data.

  • Track orders, deliveries, and installation schedules in coordination with logistics and procurement teams.

  • Participate in site visits to assist in monitoring FF&E deliveries and installations.

  • Help maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, warranties, and other FF&E documents.

  • Stay informed on basic trends, materials, and finishes within the FF&E industry.

  • Learning & Development: Shows initiative in gaining knowledge about materials, vendors, and processes.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, or a related field.

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in FF&E or interior design support roles.

  • Strong interest in design, materials, and furniture procurement.

  • Basic understanding of design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop).

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, design-focused environment.

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.


Work Conditions

  • Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Weekend: Friday & Saturday

  • Location: 6th of October City
